Mommy and Me BYOB


The class will run for 50 minutes and will focus on stretching, strengthening core and back muscles, and getting new moms moving without needing to arrange for childcare. Moms can wear carries, use strollers, or lay children down on blankets during class. This class is best for non-movers.
